3I HAVE NO CIRCULATION!!!!  Oct 01, 2010
By darryl1914
WOW...Great Shoe. But the Sizing for this shoe is just Awful!!! I wear an 11...So I thought I'd order an 11 1/2 to be safe and comfortable. Well comfortable it isn't, and I have the most narrow feet you'll ever see. Great looking shoe, but EXTREMELY TIGHT AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Oh well, time to try some old school methods of stretching a shoe...I hope it works. OUCH!!!!!!

4Sizing Issues  Sep 30, 2010
By Eric
I ordered these shoes for a Krav Maga class at UCLA, which requires wrestling shoes on the mats with no exceptions. They are light, and snug. Though perhaps a bit too snug. Even standing a modest 5'7" with relatively small feet (8.5 for running shoes, and 9 for my usual walking shoes), I found these shoes to be a little narrow, and perhaps a bit too tight. I ordered a size 8.5, the same size I have for my Nike running shoes, considering that I wanted them to be snug. However, the shoe is tight across the ball of my foot(not so uncomfortably tight that I couldn't wrestle my feet into them, but I could see how they might become unbearable after an hour of Krav Maga). For those looking into some good wrestling shoes, i've heard only good things about Asics (mostly about their running shoes, though). They are indeed comfortable, have good traction, and are extremely light on your feet (albeit at the cost of being tight). My advice for those who have much wider feet - look elsewhere. My advice for those who are looking to buy these shoes, go a half size or even a full size larger than your street shoes.

2Nice shoe, but size runs small  Aug 18, 2010
By Normal_Feet
I bought a pair of these shoes for MMA training. I wear a size 10 street shoe in normal widths. The sizing information for this shoe says it runs true to your street shoe size. I disagree. The shoes were too tight across my foot where the ball is. The length of the shoe seemed okay, my big toe was not impinging on the end of the shoe, however my pinkie toe was crammed in and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I will have to return the shoes, which is too bad because, other than the fit, they looked like good shoes and the price was right. I've read some other reviews of this shoe that say it runs a half size too small, or a full size too small. I don't want a big space in front of my big toe just to accomodate the width. If you have wide feet, I would consider a different shoe. Probably ordering half a size larger would be a good idea.
