 Great running shoe... but too tight. Dec 17, 2011

As others have said, this is a good shoe. I feel its true to size length-wise BUT it is definitely too tight, particularly around the lacing and tongue. (And I don't particularly have this trouble with any other shoes/brands. I purchased another Asics model in the same size and they fit perfectly.) I bought this pair on sale at a great price, so I can't complain too badly. However I am going to demote it to weight lifting/stationary equipment use only. I just can't see myself running comfortably in these.
For those considering this item to purchase.... buy a half size up!

I bought my shoes from a local retailer. The shoes look just like the picture and are very supportive and comfortable. Thankfully I had the benefit of being able to try them on before buying. I normally wear a size 10, but ended up buying an 11. The store didn't have a half size for me to try on, but the 11 fits perfectly (and I have never bought a size 11 shoe before!) I can't speak to the durability of the shoe as I just recently purchased them, but just wanted to make sure to add my review with the size warning for those of you purchasing online. Aside from the size issue, I think this is a great shoe. They seem to provide much more support and comfort than other running shoes I've worn in the past. (I do a moderate amount of running - 10-15 miles a week)

I am a big and tall woman and have wide feet as well. These shoes make me feel like i am walking on clouds and i felt immediate energy. Also my ankles and shins don't hurt after walking for a couple miles. Not bad for shoes i didn't pay alot for.

The shipment was fine but these shoes do not fit like the other ones I have (same product number) they pinch a little around my metatarsals..hope they will break in after awhile.

My step daughter liked this shoe so much, which we bought at a local store that I bought her a new pair from Amazon.com for Christmas.
