Best running shoes I have ever owned!! Apr 14, 2011
By sara I got these at a local running store, so I had some help picking out the right shoe for my needs (that's after trying on about 10 pairs at least!)
These shoes have really helped alleviate most of the pain I had been feeling in my knees and ankles when exercising.
I have never loved a pair of running shoes more!
The only thing that is really important to keep in mind: I needed these shoes in a whole size bigger than what I normally wear! I typically wear an 8.5 and I needed these in a 9.5!
With that in mind, that I highly recommend these!

Excellent Shoes! Fantastic Price! Nov 27, 2010
By HeyLegacy I am so pleased with this purchase! These are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned. These shoes help to correct my under-pronation which makes running long distances much more comfortable and less-impactful on my joints. I'm considering buying another pair to work into my running rotation as I train for a marathon in May.

No breaking in required! Oct 07, 2011
By Java Junkie Well, let me first say that I tried on the Gel Landreth 7 at a local running store. The price tag was heftier than I liked, so I decided to give last year's model (the Landreth 6) a try, knowing that if I didn't like it, that Amazon's customer service would take care of the return. No return was necessary! These are the most comfortable shoes right out of the box! I don't believe in shoes that need to be broken in...if they're not comfy when new, they're not going to get better with age (not like a fine wine after all!). I am on my feet all day, and my feet do not hurt when wearing these, even at the end of a long day. I am no longer a runner, but I still appreciate the cushioning and arch support of a great shoe. This one fits the bill! Finally, let me add that the Landreth 7 was wider in the toebox than these. I have pretty wide feet, and these are a nice fit without too much lateral movement. The Landreth 7's were actually a bit too wide for even my Barney Rubble feet!

Supportive and Comfortable Aug 27, 2011
By kelly n. My daughter uses these shoes for school and running club. They wear well (usually last half the school year) and are supportive and comforable.

Running shoes Apr 07, 2011
By Jennifer Fears I bought these since the previous model has been discontinued. I am training for a marathon, and so far these are holding up well and have not caused my knees or hips to act up. I will buy another pair before they change them again!
