5Fantastic!  Jul 17, 2009
By F. Girolamo "Francescarrivederci"
I needed some new boots to walk to campus in during the Colorado winters at CSU, I actually wear a women's size 6.5 or 7 so I got these in a size 5 because kids' shoes are much more cost-effective (especially if you buy them in July-65% off) and these ones don't actually look like "kid shoes". They are possibly the best snow boots I've ever owned! I have really wide feet and high arches and my feet fit into them perfectly. I didn't realize when buying them that they actually have a stretchy draw-string thing insteat of laces which is really convenient but doesn't look tacky. They're light-weight, comfortable, and versatile and I may even be able to use them for hiking once the weather begins to cool down. The only thing I would warn you about is that the back hits my calves in a sort of strange spot. It isn't really bothersome and the longer I wear them the better it gets, but they push my calves foreward slightly. However, It might be due to the fact that I'm an adult wearing shoes meant for someone who is shorter than 4 feet.
Overall I would definitely reccomend them.

5Great boots  Dec 29, 2008
By A. Ortiz
I bought these boots for my pre-school daughter almost two months ago. She absolutely loves them. When she chose them, I had reservations because of the price, but then I thought about the brand and decided to give them a try. They're great. She has worn them almost everyday (Chicago 2008-2009 winter, need I say more?) and her feet are warm and toasty in them. I bought them half a size bigger, but she has been wearing them with two pairs of regular socks. They are true to size. She does not complain about wearing them, and she does not need any help putting them on or taking them off. They are solidly made, built to last. They may look heavy, but they are surprisingly light. Too bad she'll outgrow them by next winter.

5Love them!  Jan 08, 2010

I've been looking for a while for women's Bugaboot w/o any luck for any much under $100-- found these & loved the look & especially loved the price (lucky to have smaller feet so these work!)-- got them a few days ago and love them. Very cute (but not childish at all), warm, comfy, dry & love that you don't have to lace them up! Like the other reviewer, they do hit a little funny, but didn't notice it until I was driving-- guess kids aren't supposed to be driving! Great boot-- highly recommend-- for kids or adults (with small feet)!

3Keeps little feet warm, but there is an ouch factor  Mar 07, 2011

The boots seem to suit their purpose perfectly fine. They have held up nicely. We live in Michigan, so they get plenty of use. It is a sturdy boot. It is a little hard to get the white textured exterior clean. My main problen with this boot is that my daughter has complained from day 1 that they are not comfortable. She said it feels like there is something poking her in the foot in one of the boots. This may be a small piece of upper material that is protruding on the inside, but if it is I haven't been able to locate it.

Last year we had Kamik brand boots. They were easier to clean, just as sturdy, and no complaints about comfort. I think we will go back to Kamik for next winter.Kamik Rocket Wide Cold Weather Boot (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)
