I am very satisfied with the shoe. My main concern was arch support.
Merrells and other shoes in that price range don't seem to have enough.
The Dhaka is somewhat heavy, quite supportive, and durable, but great
for walking on cement, asphalt, or trails. The shoes takes about 50
to 100 miles of walking or hiking to break in. They fit true to my
size of 12, and are quite comfortable. Will buy more ECCOs in the
future. I give them 4 1/2 stars.

I have a pair of these shoes but can't wear them. After foot surgery I was forced to a size larger. When I tried to order a new pair, I was disappointed to discover they were no longer available. Please, bring them back!

I am picky when it comes to shoes. I have had Keen or Merrell shoes for most part but decided to try Ecco even though price was much higher than those I mentioned. I had good experience with Ecco for dress shoes so I wasn't worried too much. When I actually received Dhaka and tried them on, it made me realize how spoiled I was by Ecco all these years. The feeling of wearing this shoes was light and yet, solid. It is not flashy but stylish enough. I wasn't too crazy about the color (warm grey) but the material and construction of the shoes was simply impeccable. I highly recommend this pair!
