The nicest thing I could do for a friend Mar 15, 2008
By brercoon

I have a dear friend who "deals" with Planters Faciatis. I've always been pleased with Ecco shoes and felt comfortable that their claims were valid. I bought them for her so that I might have a positive inpact on her daily comfort and to honor our friendship. I received an extremely enthusiastic phone call when she received them! She loves them!! I envisioned her "saving" them for "dressed up" events only to find out that she wears them all the time including horse barn work . . . My husband enlightened me that "if you can find a comfortable pair of shoes - you don't take them off". I think that says it all!

Miracle Sneakers Apr 30, 2008
By Dawn S. Cormier

I have Plantar Fasciitis and this sneaker has curtailed my heel pain by 90%. My workouts are pain free, especially on the treadmill. I have tried all types of orthodics without success. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone who suffers from heel pain.

Superb comfort Aug 24, 2008
By Laura Schwartz These sneakers are fabulous for anyone, but especially if you have any foot issues. Having always had ache-prone feet, I was an ECCO devotee. My loyalty only increased after I broke my fifth metatarsal in college. These sneakers feel bouncy and ultra-comfy months after I purchased them. Your feet feel firmly planted on the ground (or pedal of the elliptical machine!) when you are wearing them.
Bottom line: Dream sneakers!

Great shoes May 14, 2010
By Tweety Bird I bought these shoes as a replacement for my ECCO RXP 3040 shoes, which were also great but did not last long--a little over a year. I wear 5 1/2, and the 36 size is fine, with a little room to spare, even with extra commercial insoles. They were comfortable right out of the box. I use them for daily walking/light jogging (3-4 mi). I had a bout of plantar fasciitis after I walked too much wearing Keens, but have not had any problems after I read about and started using the 3040s, and now the 3060s. I would definitely recommend these shoes for anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis. The regular price is hefty, but watch out for ones that are on sale.

SO comfy...but HORRIBLE new shoe chemical smell!! Jan 14, 2010
By Ivieisme I am a 10 year Plantar Fasciitis sufferer and I have tried everything. These have been reviewed so well for this condition, I had to try them. I did go up a size, and they are very comfortable. They are a deep shoe, so I was able to add my thin orthotic right on top of the one already in the shoe--I did need the additional arch support. The only complaint is....the smell right from the box is SO BAD it is giving me a headache and I can actually taste it! I will leave them outside tonight and I hope they will be better tomorrow!
