 Runs large, not as comfortable as comparable shoes! Jun 12, 2010
I ordered this shoes for my boyfriend, he has a pair of similar DC slip-on and love them. When he got this he was very disappointed. They seem to run a full size too big, and are much heavier than the DC version. Because of this they were not very comfortable and we returned them and decided to buy another pair of DC Villains from Amazon.

...I am an average-sized guy with size 9 feet and so have had no problem at all ordering shoes online. The shoes have always fit and were comfortable.
However these are quite possibly the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. It's the "arch support" feature that actually really hurts my feet. I gave these shoes two stars because they really do look great. I'll only wear them when I don't have to walk very much; i.e. dinner and a movie.
***Update*** I was able to rip out the arch supports in both shoes and they are now much more comfortable. The only other fault I have with these shoes is the back of the shoe that wraps around your heel is not quite high enough and so these are relatively easy to slip out of. But all in all I love the look and they are now comfortable so I will give them 3 1/2 stars (can't update your rating, c'mon Amazon the rating system needs a revamp).

My son is a skate boarder and loves these shoes....said they worked well with the board. They don't slip or stick to board.

I am very satisfy with the don's slip on. They look very stylish, I could wear them with shorts, jeans or a nice pair of white linen pants.

These are probably the best shoes I own. They are also the most diverse shoes I've seen yet. They can be a house shoe, an out-and-about shoe, a skate shoe or even a party shoe. The white leather one is my favorite by all means.
No other shoe I've seen yet has had such a unique and distinct theme to them. As soon as I came across these I knew I had to buy them. Even the shoe box they came in is great. The shoe box has a Godfather feel to it. For the price of the shoe, the comfort and the diversity it offers I can see why they are priced the way they are. You won't be disappointed.
