Great Tennis Shoes Mar 16, 2010
By Michael A. Thomas I purchased these shoes for more stability on the court after spraining both ankles at different times playing tennis over the last several years. The shoes do provide more confidence than the other brand shoes that I was using. K-Swiss shoes also provide a larger toe-box for people like me who have bunions. I would definitely buy these again.

Gr8 Support! Nov 30, 2009

Many guys on my tennis league wear the K-Swiss tennis shoes with great review, so I thought I would try a pair. The UltrAscendors were great right out of the box with no needed break-in time. They were comfortable and provide great ankle support from rolling. I have played with them for a couple of weeks now with no feet discomfort. Great tennis shoes!

K-Swiss Men's Ultrascendor Mid Tennis Shoe
1. Comfort. These tennis shoes doesn't need a break in period. Them are very comfortable since first use. Rating: 4,5, but check "ventilation".
2. Weight: K-swiss Ultrascender are heavy (17,1 oz.). Rating: 3,0
3. Stability: Superb, I think this is outstanding and justifies weight of these shoes. Rating: 4,5
4. Traction: Very good. Rating: 4,0
5. Durability: Nice materials, seems long lasting. Rating: 5/5.
6. Ventilation: BAD. After 3-4 hours wuo wil feel your feet hot. Rating: 2,0/5
7. Price: Above other similar options and of course you pay for the brand, Rating: 3,5/5
8. Appearance: Awesome. Rating 4,5 /5.
9. Sizes: I use 9,5 and these are width.
I think these are good tennis shoes for "short use" (less than 3 hours) for a tennis player.
Rating would be 4 stars because ventilation and width are a concern for serious tennis players.
P.S: I am an intermediate-advanced tennis player (NTRP: 4,5 level*); I like technical aspects about racquets, strings, tennis shoes and tennis accessories. Nowadays I am playing 80% of my time on clay surface and 20% on hard courts. I play 10-12 hours per week.
I have other tennis items reviews, maybe can be useful 4 u.

K-Swiss Ultrscendor Mid sneakers May 03, 2011
By PSR15 This is the third pair of these sneakers that I have owned, I love them. I play a lot of racquetball and these sneakers give me the support I like and can stand up to the test. I would recommend these sneakers.

First Look of K-Swiss Men's Ultrascendor Mid Tennis Shoe Dec 23, 2011
By PULINC I am pleased that the delivered product looks as appealing in design as it appeared when I viewed it on the Amazon page, and at least during this one month of use, the shoe is wearing splendidly. But I am positive that it would be too early to assert anything in the way of durability for this product; in fact there is this one issue concerning the specific material and finish (I don't know what is the technical word to describe it) that is being used around the tip of the shoe upper that is making me apprehensive that for all its visual appeal and splendid wear the shoe too may eventually go the same way as the Scream model of the much-vaunted Prince brand with similarly finished upper that I had purchased only 11 month's ago and that had actually had its upper around the tip area starting to crack within two months' of use of the shoe.
