By Pam These Nike Air Max never arrived. I just found out today 26th January 2012. I am very disappointed. I wanted therefore to give this purchase 0 starts but that wasn't possible. Shame on you Amazon after so many years of exceptional customer service. Also when I looked up complaints on the website I was offered complaints products....
