Socks that Rock Feb 06, 2012
By Jonathan Do I play pick-up basketball pretty frequently and wear ankle braces, so I needed to pick up a comfortable pair of socks that went a few inches above the ankle (crew-style). My normal cotton crews started wearing down at the heel, so I also needed the socks to be durable. And as a college student, I wasn't trying to throw too much cash at the purchase.
These socks were a great buy. In terms of value, trust me guys, it's hard to find anything better out there. I have a pair of UnderArmor socks that are similar and marginally nicer, but they cost $15 a pop. That's highway robbery! These socks are almost as good, but cost only $6 a pair.
In terms of usefulness, I think they are great for playing any sort of sports. Cotton socks get soggy and smell terribad after a few hours of heavy use, but these still feel cool and don't pick up on odors as quickly.
If you live a rugged and active lifestyle, or if you just want some fresh socks that last, buy these. I can't guarantee these will be the best socks period, but I can guarantee that you will be hard pressed to find socks of similar quality that are cheaper.

durable, thick, color lasts Dec 26, 2011
By Gauss Comfortable, durable, and very washable. I wash mine with white and multi-colored clothes and they don't bleed or leak color on anything else. Very convenient.
Nice, thick socks! May 21, 2012
By B. Hoffman My son really likes these socks. They seem to be thicker than most of the socks these days that we buy locally. Time will tell if they are worth the money spent or not....
