 Not a No-Show socks!!! May 15, 2012

I bought these for my husband who golfs and he is size 10 and a half in shoes but these socks do not disappear below the ankle but clearly comes up too high and clearly leaves very ugly tan line right around the ankle!!!

Great sock so far, worn on my last ten workouts and not had an issue. Knocked a star off for cost.

Too small for size 13, but great socks Feb 01, 2012

As a size 13, I usually just buy the size 6-12 socks assuming that at worst they will show less with a normal pair of sneakers. Unfortunately in this age of performance apparel and no-sock showing, that trick is no longer as effective. If you are a size 13 and want Nike socks (And who wouldn't?), I would recommend finding the larger size. That being said there is a nice light padding on the bottom and they do appear to be "moisture wicking", whatever the hell that means. Actually, mid-review I just looked up wicking as that really is not a common word in our language (to the extent that Amazon is tagging it as a misspelling).
According to the interweb: wicking means: : a bundle of fibers or a loosely twisted, braided, or woven cord, tape, or tube usually of soft spun cotton threads that by capillary attraction draws up to be burned a steady supply of the oil in lamps or the melted tallow or wax in candles.
I don't really see how this applies to moisture in this context. I just checked and my socks are nothing like something that would be used to supply a steady flow of oil to a lamp. Nor is it 1895. In fact, I believe Nike has mis-listed this product. I believe they are looking more for "moisture preventing" or "moisture resistant".
But they are still great, buy the socks!

As the description says ... Excellent product, new Nike standing out, the texture of the means is completely different from a conventional! fit your feet do not have measures heel. They fit like someone said.! totally recommended.
