When I purchased my first Zigs pair about a month and a half ago, I thought that these shoes would be it. They were extremely comfortable and I loved the look. Unfortunately within the first few hours, the parts of the sole that resemble rail road ties started to come apart from the shoe, making it very difficult to walk in them. I returned that pair, and got a new pair. The new pair was literally was smeared in glue and I never even had a chance to put them on, and so returned them as well. The third pair had the same issue as the first one, the tread came out less then a few hours after I put them on. At that point I was furious with the retailer for sending me busted shoes so I got a full refund and decided to go through Reebok's website. My fourth pair of Zigs turned out to be in the wrong color. The fifth pair also fell apart at the treads, again, within hours of me putting them on and going for a walk. It has been extremely frustrating trying to just get a good pair of shoes from Reebok. It is ironic that I never wanted to wear a pair of sneakers as bad as I want to wear the Zigs, and I can't understand why this is happening. The customer service at Reebok has not been very helpful. They can't acknowledge that the shoes are defective and have asked me to send them back for a 6 week review process so they can determine whether or not it was something I did wrong! I love the shoes, but I have spend much more then their asking price, wasting my time trying to advocate for myself to Reebok and the retailer. So be careful!!

I purchased these Reebok Zig Dynamics from jimmy jamz here on Amazon. Loved the service and love these shoes. I stand nearly 7 hours a day at work and workout for another 2 hours and these shoes never let my feet down!
