I was initially worried about the lack of tongue security, but I found that the holes in the rubber held on fine. When I brought the laces across the tongue, I would feed them into the center hold, squeeze the tongue and pop it out of the opposite hole. I just did this on the top holes, not all of them. Just wanted to secure the tongue.
This shoe is perfect if you're a big guy. I'm a clydesdale runner in races (6'0 - 200 lbs) and I run 10+ miles in them with no problem. It takes my weight at the heel very effectively, transfering the motion forward. Excellent rebound effect. This is my 2nd pair, I rotate every 300 miles.

I work two jobs and when i would come home every night my legs, feet, and back would hurt, and i had tried many different shoes and inserts but after wearing these shoes the first day my feet didn't hurt anymore. I would defiantly recommend these shoes.

I must say i was skeptical about buying shoes online without trying them on in a store, but with recommendations from others who are runners i took there advice and bought them anyway. These shoes are very comfortable and the first time i put them i ran 4 miles with no problems at all. I also bought the reebok flex also but after running only 3.5 miles my feet started to get sore. i would recommend these reebok zigs to anyone who is into running. I especially like the feel of bounce while your running.These shoes make it feel like your actually floating against the pavement instead of feeling your feet popunding the pavement. the only things i will say that im not happy crazy about is the sole widens out of the bottom of the shoe a little more then id like it to be but by the design i can tell that it is designed that way to give you more control while running. i would highly recommend these shoes to anyone who are runners or to someone who is looking to get into running. i bought these cause i wasnt crazy about some of the bright odball colors they have on some of them. I gave this a 5 star rating for now. i cant speak for durablilty and longevity cause ive only had them about a week now. i will follow up a little later to see how they hold up to constant running.

I have had these for about a year now(I've worn them more miles than i should have!) I put down 40-50 miles a week, and wear these for maybe 30 of those! They have been amazing, very comfortable, and have outlasted/outlived my expectations... This pair is about to graduate to leisure wear and I'm getting ready to buy another pair!

These are really cool shoes and they never seem to get dirty! On the other hand, i'm always getting rocks/gravel stuck up inside the grooves on the bottom, which is a huge pain in the ass to get out...
