5Fantastic pool/shower shoe  Aug 26, 2011
By EarthboundBound
I bought these sandals to wear by the pool at the gym and in the gym's showers. I was having some athlete's foot problems and needed a shoe that I could drain and sanitize. These shoes are perfect for that, and they're also so comfortable that I've taken to wearing them around the house and out in public.

Each sandal is all one piece, so there are no places for water and germs to collect. The drain ports in the bottom are great and all the channels in the footbed keep the water flowing out, rather than pooling around your feet and encouraging fungus to grow. I personally like that "nubby" feeling in a shower shoe.

The material is soft and very light, yet also impervious to water. I never slip or skid on wet surfaces.

The sandals are nice and wide/flexible to accommodate all kinds of feet.

1Ouch!  May 10, 2011

These flip flops hurt. I can see them or feel them with my hands but when I put these on I get a weird nubby sensation, like little pins in the soles of my feet. To check, I immediately switched to my old adidas and nike flip flops and they're fine. I also wore them around the house with socks and still felt it. I like the vibrant color and they're cute and all but I can't wear them.
