great training shoe! Aug 28, 2011

I just purchased this shoe for my wife. She says that it is great and very supportive. We both wear Saucony running shoes and like the wide toe box that Saucony offers. We both have enjoyed using the Pro grid guide 3 from Saucony and so far this seems to be a good continuation in this series. My wife says she especially likes the tongue of the guide 4. It is better padded and does not shift from side to side as the guide 3 tongue did. She just got these shoes and they felt super on my first road run. She has run a 10k, 5k, half marathon and 7 miler in the guide 3 and looks forward to doing many miles in this one. She uses a "support" insert from RRS inside her running shoes. She has high arches and some pronation tendencies, and these seem to work for me. I hope these shoes work well for you, too. It is ideal to order a size up rather than your natural foot size for these running sneakers and helpful to wear the wicking socks with them.

Great shoe Feb 18, 2012
By Esther M. Hong I've had this style/model for over a year now. I recently purchased this orange one as my previous ones needed to be replaced.
I tend to put more pressure on the outer sides of my feet when I walk/run. I went to one of those running store to get properly fitted. These shoes provided me the best support.
Marathon Shoes Jan 31, 2012
By bekahannie Love these shoes, I have really flat feet and they work incredibly well for cushion on long runs. They provide great support and flexibilty in the toe area.
