Please note that due to the design of these shoes, it is highly recommened that you train in these shoes, whilst running in your current shoes. It is not advisable to start running in these shoes from the very start - training of the foot and leg muscles is needed to be done to help reduce injuries. What Saucony say about minimalist running and the shoes... Going minimal all at once is risky because minimal shoes ask more of different muscles in your feet and calves.
