5Awesome shoes for pronaters  Dec 01, 2011
By M Stine
I think these shoes are constructed beautifully for moderate pronation with feet that present flat when standing but while sitting feet appear to have an arch. The arch lock works very well with the dual soles and makes it even better of a shoe. I used to own Omni's previous to this purchase and the support just wasn't there arch wise. Love these shoes. Only one complaint....The tongue does not stay in its spot. I have to fix it after a work out or running. I rotates out and that may be due to my pronation but unsure at this time.

5Perfect for pronators  Apr 14, 2012
By C.R.
Having the unfortunate combination of a poorly constructed skeletal arrangement and an intense love of triple jump and hurdling, I did a serious number on my joints before being professionally placed in these shoes (originally the hurricane 7) when I was 15. Six years later, this shoe series has remained the best solution to my joint devouring severe pronation. I live in these shoes and can scarecely tolerate any other form of footware due to the damage I sustained in my knees and hips before I met with corrective footware. These shoes are very inflexible and almost intolerably heavy for most avid runners, but the support they provide is proportionally formidable so if you aren't in need of the highest level of correction, you may want to go with somthing a little less clunky.

5Saucony Progrid Hurricane 13 Women's  May 20, 2012
By Michele Boyer
Saucony's are my running shoes of choice and have been for a few years. These are great and feel like they have improved over the 10, 11 and 12 models.

5Hurricane 13 very comfortable  May 18, 2012
By P. Pontzer
I loved the earlier versions of the Saucony Hurricane shoe. Then 10, 11 and 12 came along and the toe box was not nearly as roomy. The Hurricane 13 is very comfortable and provides great support.

5Great shoe for either running or walking  May 17, 2012
By Anthony L. Bowers
My wife runs and walks almost every day. She wears out a pair of running/walking shoes every 6 months. She has worn out 2 pair of these shoes and is on her 3rd pair. And, she bought a 4th pair for when the 3rd pair wears out.

Of course, people's feet are different. Depending on your arch and your foot pronation these shoes may not feel as comfortable to you as they do my wife. But, she loves them. The shoe has a new model out, so you can pick up this older model at a good price while they last. That's why my wife got the 4th pair ahead of time.

The shoe comes in great colors. My wife has the pink and green and likes them both.

The shoes are very durable. The fact that they wear out is not a fault of a shoe. The cushion of any shoe will collapse over time and get mushy if you run a lot of miles. That is what I mean by 'wearing out'. The shoes have held up other than that. No rips, no ungluing. They still look nice at the end of 6 months.

This shoe is highly recommended. Get a pair while you can.
