I really like these trainers thus far. They're exceptionally comfortable but require a period of adjustment. You should give your feet and body several weeks to get accustomed to the trainers. Walking seems much more deliberate at first then it should be. After wearing them everyday for several weeks you'll really appreciate the cushioning and rebounding effect. Recommended!!!!

Prior purchasing shape-ups, I was looking for a good daily wear shoe for work and casual. I read about Shape-ups and did my own testing at a local Skechers store, instantly decided to get one for myself after my first try. Purchased one from Amazon recently and been wearing it everyday. It has improved my walking gait and posture tremendously. Now I'm looking to buy another pair of Shape-ups.

These are great! I thought it was just a gimmic, but after wearing them, they are all I want to wear. Super comfortable and even after a long day of walking, my feet feel great! Try em, I think you will like em.

I have seen these shoes in a few locations but Amazon had the best price by far. Almost 50% off retail. As far as the quality of the shoe I have no complaints at all. Very comfortable and provide great support all day. I will always keep a pair of these Sketchers in my closet from now on.

These shoes are great incredibly comfortable and if you have bad ankles knees hips low back they are great I have purchased them for my 80 year old grandfather and my 52 year old both retired military with joint issues and they are back to moving around and feeling much better and seem to be progressively improving. I wear mine every wear and exercise in them I have two pairs for daily use and gym use no complaints and tell everyone I know to at least try them. I am a size 14 with a wide foot the fit perfect out of the box and I am a heavier person and the seem to be holding up great. For anyone concerned about the look no one seems to notice these are the shape ups till I tell them and life is about comfort even if you think they look a little funny you ll forget about it as soon as you realize the comfort
