These are great walking shoes. They fit well and are comfortable.
I would not recommend running in them though, but if you walk fast in these shoes its like running without the strain on your knees.

I bought these with some intrepidation as I wasn't sure if they were just hype. They arrived in a huge box adorned with lots of fanfare and a DVD (which I still haven't watched). I am a UK 11.5 which equates to a US 12. I have been using them for 2 months now and am surprised how comfortable they actually are. It did take a few days to get used to the movement, but these are now my everyday shoe. I use them for the 2 mile walk to and from my son's school. They push my hips forward and improve my posture when walking. I've tried short gentle jogs with them on and you can definitely feel the muscles, particularly (Calf, Quads, Hamstring's, Glutes and surprisingly Abs) working harder. My wife has commented on how much more defined of my legs and bum are, a compliment like that from a woman is always good and I can see a visible difference myself. At first, when jogging in them, I felt like I had to concentrate on my foot placement as my weak ankle (I broke it in 2009)felt susceptible to twisting, particularly on uneven ground, but I'm happy to say that the more I wore them the better this got and now it's not a problem at all and my ankle actually feels a lot stronger and doesn't hurt anymore after long jogs. Highly recommended.

Good shoes. At first you feel you were walking in sand. You have to purchase an a half size biger than you normally use.

It took me no time to get used to it. I do find my posture a little more upright when walking on them. The fit is the same as my ordinary Skechers. Overall very happy with it...

I bought these and wore them on a 4 mile walk twice - the second time I wore them was really just enough to ensure I really had wasted $60 bucks.
I am absolutely embarrased to have been suckered in by these shoes.
They're painfull, un-natural and ill conceived.
If you want to go for a walk, great! Just go out, and go for a walk. Don't try to trick it up with these goofball shoes.
and hey, take it from me, DON'T GET SUCKERED IN. You'll be ashamed of yourself.
