I went ahead and gave the shoes five stars even there is one drawback, I needed to order one whole size up than what I normally wear in regular sneakers. I had purchased the original Shape Ups last year and only went a half size up. This shoe does run narrow and I made the mistake of getting only a half size up. I put them on, they were snug but there was a feeling like no other when I stepped down on the floor. I have had issues with my feet for some time but these made me forget. A good feeling pair of shoes are worth their weight in gold and I think these are! I am sending these back today and getting another pair in a larger size.

I know these shoes are expensive and I really debated before I bought them. I always buy Asics and they are about 40$ less that these. But I decided to take the plunge and I am so glad I did. I love these shoes and encourage you to get them. I can't explain how much better they are than regular running shoes- you just have to try them. I have very flat feet and these seem to help so much. The first few times you run in them your legs will hurt in the tiny little muscles you didn't know you had- which I think is a good thing. I can tell that these work your inner thigh that is so hard to get to. People say they run small but I didn't find that true. Go to your local sporting goods store and try them on. See what you think. I will never buy any other kind of shoe now.

I own a pair of the regular shape-ups and wear them to work every day for 9 hours. I tried on 10+ pairs of shoes when I started running and I was about to give up when I saw these on the shelf at famous footwear. I paid $140 there so this is a little bit better deal. They feel very stable when you're running and have good traction. I run on all kinds of surfaces and it's nice not to feel the pound of the pavement when you're wearing these. I'm not sure if they fulfill all of their claims yet because I've only used them for 2 weeks but they're definitely worth the comfort.

I stopped jogging because my knees started to bother me, but since i got these shoes, is like nothing on my knees. I can push through my jogs and still feel protected on my knees. I also noticed that I got a great workout way faster than with regular shoes. I truly LOVE this shoes!!!

I discovered shape ups over a year ago. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and these are the only shoes that I can wear that alleviates the terrible pain in my heels caused by this condition. The style of the SRR is so much better than the original shoes. These look like "regular" shoes, which is important to me, and my feet feel great in them.
