I love these shoes! Apr 19, 2010
By T. McGuinness These shoes are truly great. They effectively reduce impact forces and are easy on the knees. Walking is not only more pleasant, but also requires less effort. The springs do indeed absorb and release energy in a way that reduces the overall effort of walking or running. My wife walked in mine for 50 yds and immediately ordered a pair for herself. The shoes are so easy on my knees that I've taken up jogging again at the age of 56. My legs feel 10-20 years younger walking in these shoes. Don't take my word for it. This is definitely worth a $130 roll of the dice on your part.
You may want to order them a half size larger than normal as others have mentioned. Mine were a tad tight.
