The red is actually a sort of orange color but I would still consider it red. Still a very nice shoe.

I'm a fairly serious runner at this point, just getting ready to start training to do a half marathon in the coming. I bought these shoes sort of on whim because my previous running shoes had reached their mile mark. They are great fashion shoe, and I debating keeping them for that function. As far as running, the shoes do fit the feet snugly and are very breathable (if you get caught in the rain, you're going to have drenched feet). I will see that these shoes a run a little bigger than average Adidas shoes.
My issue comes with stability of the shoe. My feet are fairly flatfooted, and the shoe doesn't really have enough internal integrity to cut down on my "foot motion" while running. I think for a basis I can compare this to Nike LunarGlides which are breathable still, but provide a much more structure running shoe.

Bought this pair not for running but as a work shoe. I came down with a serious case of athletes foot from the moisture other shoes would cause. I needed an all black pair to hide the fact that it's a sneaker which is not considered work appropriate. These worked perfect. My feet hardly sweat anymore and my athletes foot is gone. Still change my socks mid day though. Comfortable but has no stability if using it as a running shoe. If you work in a large enough company as I ,you may be able to get away with it. Or you might want to ask for a doctors note. Also blackened the white sides with a black sharpie and it worked perfect. Doesn't look cheesy and you can hardly notice. I'm definitely buying another pair.
