Shoes in China Apr 24, 2012

I have been living in China for almost 7 months and had worn out my old Adidas running shoes. I couldn't find any shoes that would fit me where I was living in China. I searched on Amazon's international shipping site and found these. They cost a lot more then what I would normally pay for running shoes. I understood that it was necessary because of the international shipping. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived to me a few days earlier then I was told they would.
Once I started using them, they were great! Soft on my feet and barely can feel the ground. I didn't have to go through a breaking in period or stretch the out. They were great from the get go.

I have always been a fan of Adidas shoes and unlike some Nike's I have had in the past, I've never had a bad pair. The fit, comfort and durability has always been great. I have had these Galaxy shoes now for almost a year (Black) and because they are so comfortable I have found myself defaulting to this shoe to wear almost daily. The sole is worn down but not excessively considering how much walking I have done in them and the top is in great shape, other than that it still looks like a relatively new shoe. I am only writing this review because I am thinking of buy another pair.

I've always preferred Adidas as they fit my feet the best. I don't run in these shoes, they are just for daily wear. They are good looking and don't draw a lot of attention, unlike some other more vibrantly colored shoes.

I got these shoes a couple weeks ago and have done a little running in them and they feel great! They even has good grip on slick spots here in the north.
I can't say anything about how many miles they are good for but they do a great job of keeping dry.
