I've been running in Adidas for several years now.
The new SuperNova Glide 3 continues as a good neutral shoe with plenty of cushioning.
I'm in my 50s and run on treadmill in winter and cinder path in spring/summer.
I generally run in a pair of shoes until I feel a bit of stress in my knees.
The Supernova Glides give me 5 or 6 months of use at approximately 12 miles a week.
I recommend this running shoe for anyone looking for a neutral, cushioned running shoe.
