These shoes are tough and comfortable. They go the extra mile and keep you feeling like you can go a few more! I work as a finish carpenter and use them 9-to-5, I've never had an issue with squeaks and would gladly recommend them to anyone who'd ask. Hats off to Adidas..

My Son has worn Samba's since High School. Buying any other shoe for him is a waste of money. He loves this shoe and says there is nothing more comfortable out there.

I am a woman and I love these shoes. I played soccer for many years in school and originally got them for practical use. My first pair lasted me 7 years. These shoes are really well made, the leather is very high quality plus they are cool, classic and functional. If you are getting these for soccer I would say get the long tongue (more control over the ball), if you just want these for the look the short tongue is fine. I actually have the Samba K's, kangaroo leather version at the moment and I was really upset to see that they have discontinued them. I have read that the K's are incredibly durable and the leather just molds to your foot in a unique way. I think they look as good now as they did 5 years ago. These shoes do run narrow, so I usually get a half size larger and that works for me since I have wider feet. Overall you cannot go wrong with these. They are worth any price IMO. I will add that mine have never really squeaked that I've noticed, maybe in the beginning they used to a little but it was not bothersome. They do take some time to break in, and mold to your foot however once these are broken in I mean, its the best shoe out there!

I have worn my black pair Samba's for years and I wanted a white color option. These are good looking shoes and as comfortable as my other pair. These look great with shorts or jeans. A nice option for casual footwear.

Shoe is excellent overall. Can be used for casual wear and looks nice. But I have also done some decent running around in them on the basketball floor once or twice and they hold up really well on the hardwood. I would not recommend it to someone playing basketball if they have a prone to injury ankle though. I can see myself playing soccer in them, but I don't want to get them dirty. I have the samba millenium I use for indoor soccer. They are excellent and offer more padding.
